Adam Ross studied Ceramic Design at the Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 2009. Since then, he has gone on to design and produce a wide range of ceramics for renowned brands including Mulberry, Aesop, and The Ritz-Carlton.
“My practice centres on using the potter’s wheel as a tool for sculptural exploration—faceting, cutting, and contorting forms to create distinctive pieces that retain visible traces of their making. This approach brings a sense of movement and raw energy to each object.
I apply a more refined version of this process to my tableware collections, imbuing every piece with individuality and character while maintaining functionality and elegance.”
