All items for sale excluding UK makers’ items are second hand, vintage antique, or, one-off. These items will show signs of imperfections and potential wear. We try our best to show any defects in our product images. Please review the item descriptions and photographs carefully prior to purchasing. Biblo holds no accountability for the life span of items purchased.

Delivery

Rates for single items:

UK Shipping (Royal Mail / Courier) - £6.00

We welcome orders for the rest of Europe and Worldwide, please contact us for a shipping quote. The buyer is responsible for customs imports, taxes and duties.

For large items and bigger orders, rates may be significantly higher than quoted on the website, please contact us for an exact shipping quote.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed and sent out within the UK. If you urgently need your order, please get in touch and we will do all we can to get it to you in time.

There is also an option to arrange your own collection. Please get in touch if you wish to collect your order in person.

Returns

We do our best to ensure our customers are 100% happy with the items. We are a small business and will deal with returns on an individual basis. Please e-mail us with 7 days of receiving your item at hello@biblo.co.uk with your reason for return, and we will get back to you with exchange or refund options.

In the unfortunate circumstance that your item arrives damaged from transit, please ensure that you photograph and email any record of the damage, along with any packaging (if relevant) within 48 hours and we will arrange a refund, once we receive the item back.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, you may return or exchange goods within 14 working days of delivery, except for the products which are made to order.

Returns are at customers’ own expense and risk, and we advise you use an insured carrier service.

Product(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original condition in which they were sold. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We reserve the right do deny a return if we do not thing the return is within reason.

Packaging

We are keen to produce as little waste as possible. We use paper and eco chips to wrap items. Any plastic packaging used in orders is second-hand.

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy. Any records, emails or payment details provided by our customers are strictly private and confidential, and will not be supplied to any third parties.
