The cylindrical body has softly sloped shoulders and a matching shallow-domed cover, with a crisp band of impressed notches running along the upper shoulder. Finished in an iron-rich Tenmoku glaze with an earthy, deeply mottled tone. The unglazed foot ring reveals the natural stoneware body beneath and features an impressed studio seal mark.
